Health Risk Assessment
Your health affects all aspects of life including work and productivity. This is why a Health Risk Assessment is so important. They are the first step when starting a wellness program.
We offer a comprehensive 70+ questionaire that is paper based. It can be answered in about 20 minutes at home or at work. All results are kept confidential by us, a third party. Each employee will receive a 16 page comprehensive printout covering all areas of their health.
Executive summaries are provided yearly.
