Adventist WholeHealth Network and its divisions, i.e. Wellness Delivered, are committed to safeguarding consumer privacy on our Web site. Wellness Delivered collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Wellness Delivered is the sole owner of all information collected on this Web site. Adventist WholeHealth Network collects and uses your personal information to operate the Wellness Delivered Web site and deliver the services you have requested. The information our servers collect is aggregated and used for general Web trend reporting, which will help identify the number of people accessing the Wellness Delivered site, the sources of site traffic and the popularity of site features. Adventist WholeHealth Network keeps track of the specific website pages our customers visit, in order to determine what Wellness Delivered services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Adventist Wholehealth Network to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
